What do you say when someone asks you “So, what do you do for work?” I used to kind of hang my head a bit and reply “Oh you know, I’m just a mom.” Just a mom?!? That’s like saying just a nurse, chauffeur, chef, maid, referee, coach, field trip chaperone, monkey bathing ninja! Being a mom is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Worrying about someone else’s needs, before even my own need to use the restroom is exhausting! But its also the most rewarding and incredible thing I’ve ever done. This blog is for the moms. The moms who love staying home with their kids and the moms who love working. The moms who cloth diaper and the moms who formula feed, because at the end of the day, we are all working towards the same goal-to keep these little people alive! To find joy in this crazy journey. To focus on the good and commiserate through the bad. A place where our very best is enough, even when it doesn’t feel like it.
